Our core technical team is comprised of Phil Notick, our Chief Architect and Chico Khan, Database Designer. Each brings an impressive range and depth of software experience to the task.

Phil Notick has an extensive Relational Database background dating back to 1982, He has worked heavily in both IT and product environments as Principle Architect , Lead Programmer, Project Leader, Business Analyst and Support Lead. He has an extensive background in MIS operations and support. His background includes stints with GE, News Internet Services, and Fax International in various development and managerial capacities.

He is complemented by Chico Khan, who has over 20 years of hardware and software development experience. Chico has been working with the Oracle Relational Database since 1984 and is an accomplished Relational Database designer and developer who specializes in user interface design and Internet applications. He has developed systems for companies as varied as Bendix, Tandy Corp., The New York Blood Center, Coopers and Lybrand, PSDI, Inc. and BBN before forming Kaiteur Consulting, Inc. in 1995.

This talented and experienced core team is supported by an equally experienced and technically sound group of Analyst, Project Mangers, Architects and Developers. This enables Red Forge Software to produce consistently high quality systems with superior supportability and scalability for our customers.
